I feel like this is a cry for help.
When i'm down in the dumps i like to go outside and just watch nature, away from the city lights and sounds. Maybe try that? It makes me feel content with the little i have. Like everything is okay, nature remains and i'm a part of it and it's peaceful, i'm not sure how to describe it other than that. People live they're lives too fast, they've forgotten how to sit still and take everything in. It's good to be alone with ones thoughts every now and then. I hope this helps.
